EXAMINE. (First prospective randomized trial to examine a differential therapeutic response in symptomatic patients with non-obstructive coronary artery disease after coronary physiological testing). Prospektive, randomisierte, placebokontrollierte, doppelblinde, crossover Studie, die das Ansprechen auf eine medikamentöse Therapie mit einem Betablocker oder einem Calciumantagonisten bei Patienten mit pektanginösen Beschwerden und nicht-obstruktiver koronarer Herzkrankheit untersucht. (DZHK22).
InterSCAD Registry. Das optimale Management der spontanen Koronararteriendissektion mittels dualer Thrombozytenaggregation und die Indikation für eine PTCA sind aktuell noch unklar. Das internationale Register soll hierfür nun potentielle unabhängige klinische Charakteristika identifizieren.
