LOCATE: Effect of Lipid lOwering Treatment on CoronAry CT Angiography-derived PlaquE Markers of Atherosclerosis. Ziel der deutschlandweiten multi-zentrischen Studie ist es, mittels cCTA und quantitativer Auswertung der Plaquegröße, Plaquekomposition sowie des ‚fat attenuation‘ Indexes (FAI), die Plaqueprogression über die Zeit bei Patienten mit KHK zu erfassen und davon abhängig die Wirksamkeit der herkömmlichen medikamentöser mittels lipidsenkender Substanzen zu evaluieren.
